Retention and Destruction of personal information: The amount of time TWDC will retain personal information varies, depending on the use of this Website, the products or services TWDC has provided, and the nature of the personal information that TWDC holds. TWDC retains personal information for such period of time as is necessary for TWDC to maintain sufficient information so TWDC may respond to any issues that arise at a later date or as is required by law.

If you are a member and at any point you decide that you no longer wish to participate as an TWDC member, your practice information record required for the Website will be deleted and a copy of such record will be stored offline in a secure archive in accordance with related laws.
